My very first session with Mark was quite a significant moment in my own personal development, where for the first time I committed to wanting to become a CEO. That was the first time I actually came to that realisation and from that point it has sent me on a clear path and direction.

The focus and confidence in myself gained has helped me navigate some challenging situations since we started these sessions and helped me to adapt within a c-suite environment. Mark’s guidance and holding me to account has worked wonders and I know helped me to progress to COO…one step away now from CEO!

I am grateful for Mark’s coaching over these past 6 months. The objectives changed from the original remit due to a role I was planning not coming to fruition, but Mark was able to support in setting alternative and realistic objectives that would still support my overall goal.

What was great about the sessions was Mark’s ability to ensure that objectives for each session were set, but not too rigid, so that I would always discover something new that I hadn’t thought about. I didn’t used to be very reflective, but feel like the sessions have enabled me to improve in this area and I take time to think about my decisions and actions. This is beneficial in the short term as well as long term.

Mark was able to challenge my thinking on several occasions and I have definitely left the sessions feeling very positive about the future even though the current role did not materialise. I now have a very focussed plan for self-development over the next year or two, that will prepare me for future roles I am aiming for.
